Delivery Rates
Electric Wheelchairs & Mobility Scooters
$250 per item
Fully tracked large-item freight, Australia-wide — metro, regional and remote. Your wheelchair or scooter travels boxed and protected from our Perth warehouse to your door.
Velana Care Accessories
$60 flat rate
One flat rate covers your whole accessories order — spare batteries, chargers, bags, covers, walkers and canes — no matter how many you add.
Ordering together? Shipping combines automatically at checkout — $250 per wheelchair or scooter, plus one flat $60 for all accessories in the same order. The Velana Care+ extended warranty is delivered electronically, so it ships free.
How Delivery Works
1. Dispatched from Perth
Orders are processed and carefully packed at our Forrestdale WA warehouse once payment (or NDIS approval) is confirmed.
2. Tracking Emailed
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it door to door.
3. Delivered to Your Door
Large items travel with trusted freight partners. Metro areas are typically faster; regional and remote can take longer.
4. Unbox, Charge & Go
Most Velana products arrive folded and ready — unfold, charge the battery, and you’re moving. Our team is a phone call away if you need help.

Receiving a Large Item
- Check the packaging before signing — note any visible damage on the delivery record
- Unbox and inspect your product as soon as you can
- Keep the original packaging until you’re confident everything is perfect
- Anything not right? Contact us straight away — photos help us fix it fast
NDIS & Plan-Managed Orders
Every NDIS quote we prepare includes delivery, so you and your plan manager can see the full cost upfront — no surprises at approval time. Once your order is approved and paid, it ships with the same tracking and updates as any other order.
